The steps to be respected for the "mirror polish"
What is a mirror polish? This consists of polishing the blade of your knife in order to obtain a brightest rendering possible so as to be almost as in a mirror.
First, observe the right steps during your work phase with the abrasive bands. Do not skip steps and finish well with a grain 400 or 600.
It must then respect 3 very precise steps, which we detail you below.
1era Step:
Use our pink paste, the 505, With our sisal cotton discs. The latter will allow you to remove scratches. It is necessary to impregnate the pasta disc to prevent it from spranging when you start.
2second step :
Apply our white paste, the 622, on our cotton discs in order to have a brilliant rendering. Choose a cotton with one seam if you want more flexibility or on the contrary with several if you want more rigidity.
3second Step:
Finish with our green dough, 605, on a cotton disc. It is thanks to this dough that you will get your final result: the mirror polish. Then go to your room a flannel disc that has the particularity of being very soft. This will allow cleaning and give the last small shine. And the turn is played!

Several sizes of pasta are available on Our website (large model, small model and very small model). Choose the one that suits you according to your use (regular or not).
