Cross-cut teeth for roughing and finishing a wide variety of materials.
Designed for steel, stainless steel or cast iron, these CYLINDER MILLING MACHINES can also be easily used for all types of material, from roughing to finishing, thanks to their cross-cut teeth which reduce vibration and evacuate swarf.
Advice and precautions for use.
It is imperative to respect the rotation speeds recommended by the manufacturer. If the speed is too low, the tool may vibrate or bounce, and break. If the speed is too high, the braze between the tungsten carbide head and the shank will melt. In all cases, the cutter shank must never come into contact with the workpiece during use, as this may cause abnormal heating.
Drive machines.
These rotary tungsten carbide CYLINDRICAL MILLING MACHINES are used with a chuck-type hand-held power tool or a straight grinder with a 3 or 6 mm collet. The user is strongly advised to wear personal protective equipment to avoid injury in the event of accidental tool breakage.
