Our conventional vitrified cup wheels for dry grinding.

Practical and safe, our vitrified conventional CUP GRINDING WHEELS are specialized in the sharpening and dry grinding of hard metal cutting tools.

Ideal for hardened steel tools.

For high speed steels, hardened non-alloyed or low-alloyed steels and high-alloyed steels, our superior corundum cup wheels are recommended for a perfect result while avoiding the heating of the machined part responsible for its discoloration.

High quality corundum abrasives.

For a perfect result and an optimized working process, our CUP GRINDING WHEELS are made of white superior corundum, with a granulometry of 60 or 80, agglomerated by a vitrified bond which ensures performance and safety.

An ideal shape and size for cutlers.

Our straight CUP GRINDING WHEELS are particularly adapted to the workshops of cutlery by their dimensions and their robustness. With a diameter of 100 mm (3.94in), a height of 50 mm (1.97in) and a thickness of 10 mm (0.394in), our cup wheels facilitate flat grinding processes by saving time.

Safety and comfort of use.

As with all workshop tools, it is important to respect the conditions of use of our cup wheels and in particular the maximum recommended speed of rotation.
Our cup wheels comply with the recommendations of the oSa and the safety requirements of the international standard NF EN12413.
For maximum safety in use, we strongly recommend the use of protective devices and personal protective equipment.
