They are extracted from schistose sandstone quarries and shaped by hand in the purest local tradition.

Sharpening stones have always been used to sharpen the edge of cutting tools. A few well-controlled rubbings are enough to make the edge of the blades impeccable.

Our honing stones can be used dry or with water to soften the contact.
A few firm rubs along the blade, maintaining an angle of about 20°, will be enough to give the edge its full sharpness.
