Choice of conventional wheels (Form 1) for workshop grinders with diameters of 150 to 200 mm and thicknesses of 20 to 25 mm. With a bore of 32 mm, these wheels for grinders are natively adapted to standard shafts or with reduction rings for smaller shafts.
Maximum safety with the NF EN12413 standard.
With high-performance bonds, our wheels for grinders meet the most stringent standards in terms of safety in use. Our grinders comply with the international AFNOR EN12413 standard, which guarantees perfect safety for the user under normal conditions of use and in compliance with the recommended maximum rotation speed. This standard must be written on each of your grinders. Specific protective equipment is strongly recommended.
A high performance abrasive for each type of material worked.
Our WHEELS FOR GRINDERS are made of standard or superior corundum or silicon carbide abrasives with grain sizes from 14 to 1200. You can opt for mixed compositions of corundum or silicon carbide abrasives for even more performance. Do not hesitate to ask our specialists for more information.
High performance GRINDING WHEELS for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The choice of the abrasive will be determined by the materials to be worked. Our grinding wheels made of standard aluminium oxide (10A) are recommended for the machining and dry grinding of unalloyed or low-alloyed steels and, under certain conditions, for hardened steels and cast iron. White aluminium oxide (89A) is recommended for dry machining of low-alloy and unalloyed hardened steels, high-alloy hardened steels, high-speed steels and, under certain conditions, unhardened high-alloy steels and cast iron. Our silicon carbide grinding wheels are also suitable for dry machining of aluminum, unhardened and conditionally hardened high alloy steels, high speed steels and stainless steel. They are ideal for machining, grinding and sharpening tungsten carbide tools.
A high performance bond for our WHEELS FOR GRINDERS.
All our wheels for grinders are vitrified bonded for a perfect safety of use. The profile retention is optimal thanks to a cold cut due to a very low thermal stress. The vitrified bond also offers the advantage of being easier to profile than other bonds and makes it easier to dress your GRINDING WHEELS.
