100% vegetal natural tallow bar for the lubrication of polishing supports.

These 100% vegetal natural tallow bars are widely used by cutlers to avoid heating and deformation of the piece during polishing operations. The 100% vegetal natural tallow applied on a polishing disc will facilitate and optimize the grip of the polishing paste.

Natural tallow, 100% vegetal-based, lightly applied on abrasive belts.

Applied in a measured way on the abrasive belt, the 100% vegetal natural tallow avoids the heating of the part and thus prevents the blueing of steels and the possible deformation of synthetic or natural materials. At the same time, the 100% vegetal-based natural tallow limits wear and tear on the grinding belt and considerably increases its service life.

For use on polishing discs.

Applied on the polishing discs, the 100% vegetal natural tallow allows a better grip of the polishing paste, thus optimizing its use. The application of 100% vegetal natural tallow is very easily done using the wrapped loaves directly on the discs.

Convenient formats for a long time of use.

Available in packages of approximately 500 or 700 grams, the 100% vegetal natural tallow comes in the form of solid blocks wrapped in a protective packaging for a long shelf life.

Natural tallow in compliance with medical standards.

Our 100% vegetal natural tallow breads are composed of vegetal stearin (a solid fatty element used in the manufacture of candles) and vegetal olein. They can be used for the treatment of surgical instruments and other elements of the medical field in accordance with regulations.
