The abrasive rings are made of cloth coated with aluminium oxide abrasive.
Their small diameters, from 10mm (0.39in), allow access to difficult areas for perfect sanding and polishing.
Larger diameter rings facilitate sanding and polishing of curved parts.

The abrasive rings cannot be used without their rubber holders, available on our website by clicking on this link, mounted on 3 or 6mm (0.12 or 0.24in) shafts.
Perfectly adapted to the rings, the holders hold them perfectly by an expansion effect due to the rotation of the machine.
It is necessary to use holders with diameters adapted to those of the rings.
How to use the rings?
The rings are used with straight or flexible grinders with a 3 or 6mm (0.12 or 0.24in) collet or chuck to carry out material removal work (coarse grit) or finish polishing (fine grit) on curved parts or parts with difficult access such as injection moulds or stamping dies.
