Technical industrial brushes for surface preparation.

Industrial technical brushes for cleaning, deburring, polishing metals or for opening the pores of wood. These brushes are circular, flat or cup-shaped and are made of stainless steel or steel wire. The wires of different diameters are twisted or not, depending on the profile of the brush and the desired result.

Mounting systems adapted to your machines.

Our circular technical brushes can be adapted to any rotating machine.
Generally with a rod for brushes with small diameters or on reel shafts for larger diameters, all types of mounting are possible.
The small diameter flat circular brushes (from 50 to 100mm, 1.97 to 3.94in) are equipped with a 6mm diameter (0.236in) welded rod for use on chucks.
Cup-shaped technical brushes have an M14 threaded bore for mounting with a shank of your choice.
On spindle drills, our flat brushes with bore can be fitted as standard for a wider range of applications.
Whatever the diameter of your shafts, mounting is simple and secure thanks to our plastic or metal reduction rings for a perfect fit.

Processing of all metals and many other materials.

Our technical brushes can be used on steel, stainless steel, delicate metals or even wood. The type of brush used will ensure that the desired surface finish is achieved, taking into account the instructions for use for each application.

Advice on use and safety.

Technical rotating brushes are designed in compliance with the most demanding safety standards.
However, it is essential to wear safety equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.) which can be found on our "Protective Equipment" page by clicking on this link.
For an optimal result, it is essential to respect the rotation speed and not to crush the workpiece on the brush, as this could cause the metal strands to break, the brush to deteriorate and the risk of the strands being thrown out.
The pressure of the workpiece must be moderate, allowing the brush to operate and rotate. An exaggerated pressure would have the opposite effect of that hoped for.
