With their 0.25 mm cross-section wires, Ø0.25mm steel wire technical brushes are extremely versatile. They can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as wood.
Ø0.25mm steel wire technical brushes are easy to fit on a workshop reel.
The CIRCULAR BRUSH with Ø0.25mm steel bristles is very easy to mount on a workshop reel and, if necessary, can be coupled on the same shaft to increase the brushing surface.
Deburring and preparation of sheet metal prior to painting are made easier with Ø0.25mm steel wire technical brushes, and processing times are considerably reduced.

The CIRCULAR BRUSH with Ø0.25mm steel bristles must be used with moderate pressure on the part to be treated.
Under no circumstances should the Ø0.25mm steel bristles of the technical brushes be crushed against the part to be worked on, as the result obtained may be completely opposite to that desired and there is a real risk of premature wear and damage to the Ø0.25mm steel bristle technical brushes. Debris from Ø0.25mm steel wire technical brushes may be projected, with the danger that this entails.
In all cases, the use of suitable protective equipment is essential.
It is also advisable to check carefully the tightening and maximum speed of rotation of the tool recommended by the manufacturer.
